A ultrasound makes 100% sense before you get anything done when you pregnant. A transvaginal is required for insurance purposes/prenatal care/determine how far along you are etc. It only makes sense to have it before you get an abortion.

Up until anywhere from 8 weeks to 12 weeks, a normal ultrasound doesn't show enough detail. With a transvaginal, you get much better picture/detail.

I think what you don't get is that income tax is not the only taxes these uber rich guys pay. You should research the others taxes they pay.. ie. capital gains taxes, corporate, etc.
