Except the release date was set for June 23, 2017. And they’re going to start filming in November. So Wonder Woman is really the first female led superhero movie since the two previous letdowns. Captain Marvel doesn’t come out until the following year, supposedly.

Forgot about Wonder Woman.

Countdown to all the Hitler reaction videos.

Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that Tony Stark is railing off against mansplaining? Of all the fictional characters who could have showed up to defend women, Tony Stark is not one I would have expected.

I wasn’t sure if they were just assholes or if maybe I was misunderstanding them. Then I saw their suggestion that I may also like the “Foxy Megyn Bloody Tampon Costume” and the answer became perfectly clear to me.

The funny part is that a lot of the squabbles that have historically taken place within Christianity (and arguably even extending into Judaism, Islam, and other religions) boil down to that exact “I’m right and everyone else is wrong” bullshit. It’s even funnier when you realize that that’s kind of the reason Jesus

I’ve had that conversation, and what it amounts to is “you’re misinterpreting what the Bible is saying.” That’s the excuse I get. It’s always US who is misinterpreting scripture; THEIR interpretation, on the other hand, is always 100% accurate. Fucking weird, ain’t it?

Except the obvious answer IS Superman. The only real leg up Batman has is fanboy bias. People forget that Superman’s biggest enemy is also a genius billionaire with high tech weaponry at his disposal.

Superman doesn’t even need to destroy him. He can easily disarm him and win the fight without even causing serious bodily harm. Also how come “moral code” is never listed as a weakness when we’re talking about Batman?

Saying Batman can beat Superman is like saying a sloth can win a race against a cheetah. You can strap a rocket to a sloth’s back but in any fair race all that would earn him is a disqualification.

For some really disgusting stuff you guys should have seen what the IMDb board was like just a couple months ago. I mean, everyone just automatically writes off IMDb as a dump, which it absolutely is, but actually take a look at it some time. Some of the racist crap I’ve seen there is just horrifying. It transcended

My mom and her mom tried to do this weird fucked up adoption where they’d be paid for giving me away. In short, they tried to sell me. My dad’s mom stepped in and took me in, and raised me herself. My mom and her mom don’t know that I’m aware of this. Somewhere I still have the piece of paper where they and the other

I love how the anti-Superman movement decided that the best way to hate on Man of Steel is to criticize it for not being Superman enough. For years a persistent, and typically unfair backlash has been perpetuated against Superman, and when a big Superman film came out that took the character seriously, this weird mass

“We feel that this is completely out of sync with the traditions of our state and our nation to seek guidance from the occult.”

Can we please just stop this fucking anti-Superman crusade in which he's constantly turned into a ruthless dictator? As a Superman fan I am sick and tired of seeing this, and I'm especially tired of seeing how so many people prefer Superman like this because it justifies their prejudiced hatred of him.

I love how some folks who bashed the hell out of 50 Shades of Crap for being misogynist rape-romanticizing garbage are now swooning for Tom Hiddleston's character in this film even though he's, in all likelihood, a murderer and a psychopath who's probably screwing his sister. Hypocrisies such as these really make me

So, wait. If a fetus is considered a person, and a person who can't afford an attorney is SOL because there's no state-wide public defender program, how come the fetus gets a public defender? There's something vaguely, weirdly ageist about this. If the basis for a fetus being granted a lawyer lies in the fetus's

You don't punch a baby in the head to demonstrate how soft and fragile its skull is, or shoot yourself in the head just to demonstrate how dangerous guns are, so what sense does it make to prove Sony's security sucks by breaching it? This whole idea of "We did it to show that we could" is just a load of BS. Just

Am I the only one who finds "good white people" condescending? It seems like "white people" on its own is meant to have some negative connotation, to which "good white people" is an exception. I don't know, maybe I'm being unfair, or just reading it wrong. After all, I'm sure you meant well.

I was rooting against Batman as soon as I heard he was there to rescue Superman. What a load of crap that is.
