Heh heh. I have some projects dotted around the greater Toronto area as well as Niagara. I usually fly in to Buffalo and drive up to Niagara. Because I’m driving an American plated rental car, I choose not to speed in Canada. Don’t need the headache of dealing with a ticket while on company time.

Is there a bigger headcase in sports? So much potential yet he truly just does not care. He and Dwight Howard would probably get along really well.

I’m living on mostly rice, these days, but still subscribe to the New Yorker.

I disagree, to me this feels like we’ve turned a corner. After all of te “this wil lfinally sink Trump” rhetoric over the past two years it feels like it’s actually happening now. I’m ecstatic.

Related request: a story behind the science/biology of why and when our athleticism begins to erode vs improve. Like why even if you’re a pro athlete hitting 30 means you lose a step. Or even things like why do gymnasts have to (mostly) retire at 22... just some in depth feature on why reaction time drops vs

There’s never been a better time to take a bite out of him, and everyone will always be pumped up to beat him. Beating Djokovic will always be a notch in their belt.

When you can fire the FBI guy, but can’t fire the Senators

No you can’t justify the trade unless it’s because there’s something different about Subban than most NHL players, what could it be? Nice to see that Canada is becoming more like the good ol’ USA!

Someone pointed this out in another thread, but the Oilers have been selling concourse tickets for the playoffs. That is, tickets that have no view at all of the ice, you just pay $85 to watch the game on TV’s inside the arena. So there are a few thousand people in the building who weren’t there during the regular

Hundreds of miles away, lightbulbs suddenly go on above the heads of dozens of lawmakers in North Carolina.

The longer queue for the women’s bathroom is just a less obvious way for Darryl Katz to meet & greet ‘companions’ to solicit for sex.

North Carolina is taking notes, nodding and muttering “so elegant.”

I’m going to go out on a limb and say your take on his take might be acceptable to some.

I’M NOT SURE OF MY OPINION ON THIS BUT A BAD THING HAPPENED AND I THINK WE CAN ALL AGREE WE DON’T LIKE IT WHEN BAD STUFF HAPPENS
