I guess it’s down to me to beat the drum for ‘Corporate’, a viciously funny and bleak evisceration of capitalism and business culture. It also showed off the incredible comic timing of the late great Lance Reddick.

OMG. Thank you for reminding me about Better Off Ted. And, if you’re going to consider that, how about Santa Clarita Diet.

Happy Endings was done dirty by ABC. The release schedule for S3 was anything but consistent. How they turn a 6-8 million viewer show in S2 down to a 3-4 million show in S3 still doesn’t make sense to me.

The failure to mention Happy Endings surprises me, mostly because of the love affair AV Club had for the show at the time. Then again, that’s when the site had actual writers.

The closer I got to #1 the more I thought you guys were gonna nail the landing with Happy Endings.

Honorable mention, just missing the cut, A.P. Bio.

How is Happy Endings not on this list??

I really like Kristen Schaal as the guide & increasingly I am less offended by how the show is barely using her than just puzzled as to why they wanted to make her a regular cast member this season if they weren’t going to involve her in the stories more than this

The Staten Island of Dr Moreau .

LOL, No one is ever going to read a word of Winds, much less ADOS. Those books will never be published.

I loved the building hilarity of the vampires continuing to make everything worse every time they tried to fix what they thought was the previous calamity though it does make me wonder how our beloved idiots did manage to survive this long. Hypnosis, which is a running undercurrent of the season, can only get you so

“You need to cut that shit off cold turkey…just like I did with the Sierra Mist, huh, ma?” Frankie Quiñones is great in his return as Guillermo’s cousin, Miguel.

Game Of Thrones’ Conleth Hill thought the writers were mad at him when he read his death scene

“Can we get a plan? It don’t even have to be a good one!”

No, my love. Life is too short for regrets.

The episode where Stan takes over Roger’s personas when the latter is sick and it turns out he’s basically half the town (and has a weird amount of incontinent personas) is pretty great.

He had his best line ever in the one where Stan has a crisis of faith.

Its a damn outrage that that gif ends without the payoff - “...and a survivor”

Omg the Denuda bit had me crying laughing.

I love the times where characters try and question the logistics issues with his characters:

“Wait...you’ve been married for all those years? When do you find the time?!”
“If it’s important to you, you make the time!”
