At the moment pretty much all malls are effectively defunct, possibly for the duration.

Vacant department stores would be good. There’s a mall near me in Connecticut that has a former Sears and a former Macys. And it is across the street from a hospital.

That’s why lots of people who live in cities don’t bother owning a car.
