What did Kendrick Lamar do?
I think his most famous song was about a stalker? Like I think it was one of those things where it was supposed to be about a really messed-up guy who obsesses over a random woman he saw on the subway and how sad and creepy it is, but it got sort of accepted as a romantic love song? So you might associate him with…
omg what a great use of a great Flash gif!
I mean, we have the consolation of the DC TV universe, which is pretty awesome.
Damn it, Janet!
Ivana talked about him being abusive and controlling in her memoir.
Being genderqueer doesn’t have to do with being straight or not, nor does it directly have to do with how a person dresses or what interests they have. It means that they feel dysphoria associated with being labeled as a man or a woman.
“I’ve got red in my ledger,” a la Natasha Romanov, is my favorite.

For instance, personally I’ve never really felt the whole “romantic comedies glorify stalking” thing because the stuff that gets brought up…
Because it’s a shitty thing to do to someone?
I know your questions are rhetorical, but yes, a “smooth talker” can coerce or manipulate an adult partner into sex, and it’s wrong if not necessarily illegal.
Who keeps ungreying this guy? This is a grossly inappropriate derail.
What happened?
Not gonna lie I find this incredibly endearing.
I mean, it’s kind of a white mediocrity situation, isn’t it? The fact that he can get this kind of platform for music that, at least from the perspective of most critics, is *not that good* is down to white privilege in and of itself.
