I disagree completely. This season was by far the most well written of the Rick and Morty seasons thus far and represents a real maturity of the show. Rick and Morty was always clever, but with season 3 it definitely separated itself from usual zany cartoon sit-com comedies and become something much richer.

I dug “Ring of Red” and the “Front Mission” Games, and this seems to scratch the same itch. Mechs and world wars are like peanut butter and jelly. :)

Akihiko Yoshida is the best Final Fantasy artist. Whatever he touches looks great. Ivalice is a great setting and one that makes unusual sense for a late Final Fantasy game. Shame upper management had them toss in the trope Vaan character on top of this lush world. Question though: Has Final Fantasy XII gotten better…

Wonderful game and art direction. Great sense of adventure. Characters that are not designed to be desperately “cool”. I hate what Nomura did to the Final Fantasy franchise. Get rid of the fashion show teens and bring back the fantasy misfits. Less J-Pop and more Jim Henson.
