Like I said to another comment, I know they’re citizens of Israel, but they are still Palestinians, so there’s no reason to make them “generic” Arabs. The Knesset member also says Israeli-Palestinians.

I know what they are. And they are Palestinians, they just happen to live within an Israeli border, so making them “generic” Arabs erases their Palestinian identity, which is especially important when we don’t have a state and people deny our right to one all the time.

I like the interview but I’d like to object to the term “Israeli-Arab”, which erases our identities as Palestinians. She says Israeli-Palestinian, which is great, but you said Israeli-Arab in your question so I just thought I’d point that out, hopefully in a way that doesn’t devolve into an internet comment war about…
