I didn’t see anyone else make this comment, but I believe that the correct code for this particular GM 5.7L is “LT1", not “LT-1". The LT-1 was the name for the 350 used from 1970-1972. As the article mentions, The engine installed in this car was the 1992-1997 LT1, the name of which was a nod to that classic engine.
