Don King’s lust for money and his brazen rip-offs of fighters he managed also did a very big disservice to the sport. This piece is letting him off too lightly. He was a cancer on the world of professional boxing for decades.
The frustrating part for me is that football was declining for the right reasons before the protests - decreasing participation, players quitting young to protect their health, the overall sleaze of the league, the poor product, oversaturation etc.

My best, Ed
Serena was the greatest at last year’s Australian even without the period.
Both of those spin off shows were horrible. I will say that LeBlanc’s first (?) appearance on Married with Children is one of my favorites, its the episode where Al is trying to figure out a song he likes just based on humming “Hmm hmm, him...”
