He was but had little to no creative input after Man of Steel.

If my Nolan you mean Snyder...

I need to watch Ms. Marvel still! Looking forward to it.

It’s a hard thing to weight into. The sexism of superhero fans and the internet seems incredibly obvious; it’s a thing that clearly exists. That said, they also haven’t made a good female superhero movie yet.

I’d really like to have one I could point to and rub in the faces of various angry sexists, but it’s not

I don’t think there’s much better to say than ‘what a piece of shit, I hope they put him away forever’

Ideal way for it to end is them to nominate themselves. They win the final razzies and exit in a blast of self-consuming loathing.

I feel like, by reputation at least, being active in hollywood doesn’t seem to fend that off.

Being ‘off the grid’ so to speak sounds like it’d be an amazing change of pace for an actor like her. I wonder if that allows you to be less caught up in the bubble of your own fame.

Just wanted to note how sweet it is that Prinze seems so proud of his wife. Shouldn’t be unusual, but it makes me happy.

Nah, this sub headline negates that ‘

This is gross.

We are 18 days into 2023. These are all people who have freshly passed and phrasing it like this makes it seem like a joke at their expense. On top of that, it’s a blatant grab for attention as no one, in 18 days, who cares about this stuff, have missed that these celebrities died.

Do better.

Aww, really? I think she’s fantastic! Got a great energy, sense of humor, and looks like a realistic kid.

Indeed. That’s my point. I don’t think it’s fair to paint her as a martyr in this case.

I’m not sure that’s nearly empathetic enough.

At the very least, I was expecting something a tad more...salacious. She went as a sexy Jesse...the joke kind of writes itself.

I’m not sure I’m ready to have her get the Britney Spears or Paris Hilton treatment and become a hero of late stage social media activism. Nothing against her, but the image of her as a very buxom mediocre actress (and mediocre is fairly generous) was something she willingly sold.

I’m sure she was deservedly furious

Yeah, they really do.

Also, how good was that show, pre-netflix? So good!

I still cannot tell exactly what makes her eyes so striking, but I swear, I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never seen her in anything where she struck me as a movie star caliber actor, but damn, she looks like sees the future or something.

Ah that hits the spot. New year, same frivolous, stupid celebrity non-story articles I somehow still keep clicking on.

The clear solution is to make fun of it by calling the next film ‘a Glass Onion mystery’
