Slight, but important correction: the maesters don’t give Viserys the choice between his wife or child’s life. The choice they give him is between his child and neither — there’s no option where Aemma lives any more.

There’s definitely an interesting reboot of Buffy that’s possible to make -- one of the comics reboots at least hinted at it, with a less Mean Girls Cordellia and an already-out Willow and a Xander who is thus necessarily not pining after her, and so on -- but Joss fuckin’ Whedon was definitely not the guy to make it.

Hmm, some fools seem to have been parted from their money.

I would guess that the Midnight Sons are going to be going by Marvel Knights, and the Thunderbolts may be the Dark Avengers (or maybe that’ll be a separate team, who knows).

“Gosh Marvel, why do you pull such nonsense stunts as only giving actors fractions of the full script and shooting things apparently at random, until they don’t even know they were in a movie until someone else tells them”
*Marvel gestures frustratedly at this article*

Both dragons and magic are established historical fact in Westeros, yes.

I think Hulu lives. You could use the same logic to argue that ESPN+ is on the chopping block, and I don’t see it -- Disney+ seems to be working pretty well with the Disney/Pixar/Marvel/Star Wars tabs; I don’t see Disney wanting to overload it with another half dozen of them when they’re perfectly happy right now

Yyyyyyyyyyup

He’s not very fond of Marvel either, though. Unless the Mouse knows protective wards?

Okay, operating theory: Stan Lee knew actual magic and DC is literally cursed.

Your response is permeated with “streaming isn’t real”.

I read Vermeil in Gold (it’s surprisingly sweet for a manga where the premise is “dude summons a succubus to be his familiar”). There are no nipples. They’re censoring a clothed lady with barbie doll anatomy.

Movies released direct to streaming services are still movies.

But not a girl either

Robots can’t play baseball!

Chip the squirrel? Okay, I see you, DC.

That sure was 10 weird ways to spell Komi Can’t Communicate

Yeah, I’m sure they introduced Hercules, the longtime Avenger and frequent Thor foil, as played by a charismatic actor who hasn’t gotten his big break yet just like they always like to cast for the big roles, just to never use him again.

Dr. Doom is a possibility. That’d be... interesting, actually.

Why was your comment more informative than the actual article
