I haven’t ever been tear gassed but my guess is the mask comes off pretty quickly when you’re being tear gassed, and then you’re in close contact with people trying to help you. Contact happens in the blink of an eye and the pandemic, as we know, transfers quickly and easily.

Why would it pertain to Manhattan primarily? Most New Yorkers live in 4/5 boroughs not called Manhattan. What makes you think he’s not pissy about too many cars on Queens Blvd.?

NYC’s traffic flow is pretty good. You get stuck on some expressways and the entrances to the Hudson tunnels are always jammed but otherwise I’ve never found it a bother to drive there.

If Biden somehow winds up not being the nominee Bernie sure as shit isn’t going to be the beneficiary at a brokered convention. That much I am sure of.
