I’m still slightly torn, since the S does give you more choice on how you configure the car (e.g. you can get the heritage design interior, which I love).

$98,000 in 2005 which would be nearly $150,000 today.
Yeah the sticker for my 997-S was $98,000 in 2005 which would be nearly $150,000 today. That’s on par with an optioned S today
$38k base price. $50k with the leather fuse box cover and deviated stitching.
I thought wow, the average MSRP for a base 911 is over 100K. I thought that must be way over the rise of inflation.
None of us will be free until abusive men can ignore restraining orders without police interference.
The Escalade is a Caddy. Look what can be done with them. I can’t think of any other thing in Caddy’s line up that works like this. Actually, I can’t think of what any other Caddy in the line up looks like today. Ouch.

If you experience an over-reliance on SUV’s and have no plan for the future, contact your doctor immediately.

Drove over the Ambassador Bridge from Canada this past year to visit the US and I can attest that bridge is a piece of crap. I remember the satire news here in Canada essentially giving the finger to Mouran when the Gordie Howe bridge was announced. Essentially, it was done by us because it was the US not budging…
Just an arrow and 50km? better off with a mapbook
Good point. I think I did use one of those Cassette Aux adaptors in the early 00s.
How is the BMW lame? It took a vehicle that probably weighs as much as a Taycan and got +100 miles of range out of it, and is charging ~$100,000 less. It’s a strong seller in a market where people want crossovers.
Coming soon to a Tesla near you - Advanced Sentry Mode.
Sadly Autopilot then smashed into the Porsche thinking it was a tunnel.
