That’d be romantic. A marriage built around the undead is one that won’t die.
“Worldwide, more than 10% of marriages are between first or second cousins.” Even in the modern US, it’s not illegal everywhere.
What if it’s my own superhero, though?
Lettuce keep your vegetable love from growing in this comment section.
Sure, maybe it’s a fine tradition for io9. But it’s not an AV club tradition. Differences in who’s grayed already exist across the different kinja forums, so why not allow forums to disable images?
Step 1: disallow images. Step 2: eliminate grays. Step 3: bask in people’s admiration.
I think the author said he would work on porting it to firefox
Embassytown and The City and the City are much more disciplined Miéville (Perdido Street Station felt like he was just throwing every idea that popped into his head into the book), if that tempts you at all.
I’m spending a lot of time just starring things to try to get people’s comments out of the grays. But I’m beginning to realize how fruitless the effort is (and how much time it takes)
They’d have to be high to be doing a thing like that.
Dewey, I guess I never realized until this moment just how easy it is to accidentally cut someone in half.
The single thing I can’t get over with is Thor is supposed to be a deep introspection of his entire life and place in the universe — and it’s basically a three day weekend on Earth.
China Miéville’s Embassytown is a very good read that looks at linguistic issues like that.
He’s not your some guy, some pal.
It was my first introduction to Bananas Foster; and Emma Del Monte was shockingly good, too.
If you see Aubrey Plaza, run!
That’s the part I’m not following. If people who go see it are relieved that it finally meets some minimum bar, they may drag people outside of the usual sector, giving the movie legs.
Maybe it’s well-produced at being horrible!
WOM? I was saying that WW, its own virtues aside, benefited from the low expectations engendered by the DCCU, the lack of other women superheroes, and a rallying point as a symbol of womanhood in a year where that has felt attacked.
