About 12 or 13 years ago I was buying my first car on my own and the local Kia dealer was offering an extra $8k on any trade-in, which was great because the car I had was a shitbox barely worth anything. Then I found out any car I wanted to buy had an $8k markup. Then they tried to prevent me from leaving. Thank

Hyundai and Kia announced a new plan to spend $16.5 billion on EV development...

First Gear: Will the Hyundai investment include funding for a Rear Wiper Development Centre of Excellence for my Ioniq 5?

Barsanti? Never!

This is a quality take. I kind of feel the same. I can recognize what makes Citizen Kane the go-to descriptor for cinematic greatness while still finding it kind of stodgy and dull.

Seriously. Couldn’t agree more with this take. Is this a generational thing, this constant rejection of anything that pre-dates the writer’s era? I’m Gen X and I thought we were really cynical in our youth, but damn. Or, maybe this is just a Gizmodo thing? Either way, it’s pretty tiresome.

This is bad hot take about a movie that people today don’t seem to understand. It is not meant to be an action movie, it is meant to be a slow burn. The music by Lalo Schiffrin is sublime, the the GT390 Mustang and 440 Charger provided the best music of the entire film.

Dafuq? Bullitt is slow, yes, and maybe plagued with a bit too much Jazz Flute, but its deliberately slow. Lots of movies were back then. Because exposition was a thing. Its cool if you’re used to Michael Bay shit and don’t know how to watch a movie thats not going a million miles and hour all the time, but

I think you’re giving him too favorable of odds.

There is a fine line between letting people hurt themselves and preventing them from also hurting others.

Shut up and throw the ball, meat.

And let the congregation say in unison.......................AMEN

Look if football men can’t question science it’s obviously science’s fault!

Chill out, Jon Hamm! Go throw a football really well, and if you want to get involved in this stuff, learn about it!”

Well, it’s not really small, technically a mid-sized truck, next gen coming in 2023 will be based on the Ford Ranger platform, but this one is just as big as the current T6 based Ranger.

Your feelings don't deceive you. He did no searching for a landing spot, didn’t pitch for best glide, didn’t bother trying to restart the engine and didn’t even make a radio call.

If it’s all the same to you, I’m not going to watch his video. I don’t want to add to his clicks.

Thais was obviously staged. Convenient cameras to document everything, no real attempt to restart the engine as far as I can tell. Most of all, he never once looked scared. There was never fear in his eyes.

This one got tired of peddling, and went for the four-wheeler:
