I’m just going go with a solid “nope” to this. Based on decades of never hearing it pronounced “ness” by anyone who games. Ever.

YES!!!  This is exactly how I was explaining it to people. I felt like I was cold in the theater until I realized my shaking was related to how anxious I was and watching with my fists clenched. Man it was a ride.

Seriously. Just gotta embrace it! If there’s a chance of non AC-related highjinks, I pick a bra I don’t mind sweating in and a dark colored t-shirt that won’t show it all that much and live my life.

Acceptance is huge. Especially when people act shocks your sweaty, being able to own it and calmly reply, “Yes, I’m sweaty. I’m a sweater. That’s who I am.” gets me through the summer.

Ironically my armpits are rarely my worst sweat culprits. I’d considered the botox shots, but I sweat the most from my scalp and my back. Not sure the shots would help me so much.

The struggle is real. I have a half mile walk to work, and unless it’s winter, I start sweating. Putting my hair up bought me an extra minute, so shaving my head this past fall has helped a bit. But it’s to the point everyone in the office knows I won’t stop and talk to them when I get in. I’m at the sweat-overflow

Your mistake is to think we’ve never been kind of species that rapes 12 year old girls. People think the evils we do are new. It’s never new, it’s just something we’re more aware of due to information being shared more now. What’s sad is we haven’t risen above that yet. We think we’re this advances species but we

Despite the content of the gif, that is a seriously relaxing gif to watch. Oh the irony.

So we’re pretending no POC won oscars before the hashtag? I guess I dreamed up the Best Actor, Best Actress, and Lifetime Achivement all going to POC year.

Or...it sounds more like everyone sees it as one victory in a larger battle women are still fighting?

Not only should this be illegal to do to someone, but this is a gateway issue. Someone overweight and need medication for that? “Sorry, but I’m against this crutch and believe you should just exercise self control like the rest of us.” Someone getting drugs to help treat addiction? “You shouldn’t have done the drugs

This is a form of non-violent protest. Non-violent protest is important when resisting an authoritarian government. This is not nothing, and if nothing else this also sends a message that there are sane, caring people in this country and we do not condone the government. Visibility is important. And FFS it’s important

Let’s be clear - there is absolutely a time and place for the “I’m sorry you feel that way” apology. Like when people get mad at the news for making them feel guilty the guy they voted for is separating kids from parents and putting them in camps. “I’m sorry you feel that way but maybe try not being a selfish asshole

“Now that I know how much it cost me to do it I would totally do that over. But just because you’re mad and making me feel bad.”

If it wasn’t for their clothes, no one would guess these were Leon and Claire. Why bother with a remake if you’re just going to redo the main characters? Might as well just make another new game.

This. They managed to get the models close enough to their previous forms we didn’t question who we were seeing in the other games and in the movies. This.....is not them. Without the uniforms no one would be guessing these are Leon and Claire.

Leon looks pretty far off. It’s like they shaved his chin off.

Definitely not a fan of the new faces. It’s not even that he’s younger, his face is actually inches shorter. It’s disconnecting. If they wanted to use new characters they should have just done a new game and not a remake. Disappointed since RE2 was my JAM back in the day.

Patrick Wilson’s always one of those guys that when I see him, I click. I may not know what I’m clicking on, but he’s proven more often than not to be worth the click.

Seeing as how we’re still in a system where a rapist caught in the act with multiple witnesses is only given 6 months, I highly doubt the time he served was in any way equal to the crime he committed. So no, I don’t think he ‘did his time and deserves a second chance’ yet.
