Can you explain why putting it on backwards stretches the band? When I hook my bra in the back, I feel like I pull on the band more to hook it than I would if I held it in the front to hook.

I personally hook in the back, but when I do, I have to pull on the band in order to hook it, and it seems like that stretches the band out more than hooking it in the front would. Why do you think hooking in the front stretches more?

I wonder about the quality of goods poor people were buying 50 years ago compared to the quality of clothing available now. Perhaps it was the same, but I know that even stuff I buy from places like the Gap, where it's not exactly cheap, but not a luxury brand either, will fall apart sometimes after a minimal amount

I have that on my Kindle, and I've yet to start reading it, but this has inspired me to start today!

I'm with you! It's only been three years for us, but my parents are constantly on my back for us to get married, although for them it's because we'll go to hell for living in sin....

While I agree that he was pretty clearly a child molester, and obviously that is a tragedy for the children he abused, I also wonder about his mental state.

I think the person who wrote it had brought it up a while ago in a post about something wedding-related. I remember reading about it, as well. Still makes me rage, though.

My dad and some of his business partners shared a membership there when I was a kid. I don't know how often it was used, but we only ever went there on Christmas Eve. It was fun to get to enter the park at a side gate, because your reservation gets you into the park for free (obvs, since back then I think a membership

It was pretty amazing, I think I realized even as a kid that I was pretty lucky. We also spent every Christmas Eve at Disneyland with another family and had lunch at Club 33, which was beyond incredible.

I'm one of those kids who was dropped off at Disneyland as a youth during the summers and left all day, and it was the best! Granted, I was a pretty low key kid and had no mischief making desires, but getting season passes and getting dropped off at the park was fairly normal growing up within 20 min of Disneyland.

She's 22. That's not basically a kid. That's a full blown adult.

Mila and I have the same favorite beer. I think she and I could have a good time over a pint of Blue Moon.

When Jennifer Aniston was married to Brad Pitt, she changed her name legally to Jennifer Pitt, but kept using Aniston professionally. I would imagine she'll prob do the same thing with Thoreaux.

My live in bf of two years has done that to me on occasion (forget about when his 72 yr old mother met me for the first time this Thanksgiving, and called me the ex's name multiple times, but was extremely sorry every time).

I think they actually started getting $1mil/episode in the early seasons. If they got it at least by season 5, that is 5 seasons of making ~$22mil a year. I think he's alright, financially.

#43: Many women overvalue the importance of stretching.

I came to say the same thing! Matthew Perry is my secret dream husband. I just want to yell at people, he's overcome addiction! He's struggled so much! Just be nice to him!

She is a DELIGHT!

Oh man, that just made me love him so much more.

I hope you are a writer for Sesame Street, because that is perfect!
