As a realtor, I like the idea of purchasing investment properties. As long as you do the numbers right to make sure you’re actually making a profit. But my long-term goal is to buy a duplex/triplex/fourplex and live in one of the units rent/mortgage free. It’s a great way to go.

Trying not to think “oh that could never happen here.” Cuz I used to think that before Philando Castille was killed 3 miles from where I live. Also, trying to imagine what my niece’s school would do and what the badass parents of her friends on the basketball team would do if this was done to their kids. And I don’t

Or a maid!

That’s gotta be a typo!

My guess is that the kids just have free reign online to look at whatever they want and their parents have no idea what they’re seeing. So, the kids think this is cool.

Yes, we ALL do. Even those of us who would rather gouge out our eyeballs than have kids willingly pay taxes so other people’s brats can go to public schools.

Also, maybe you need to google different logical fallacies and biases, because you’re loaded with them. I see:

How does someone having massive credit card debt penalize you? How does someones student loans being “forgiven” penalize you? (Which I’ve never even heard of happening anyway.) How do any of those things make one iota of difference to your life at all? If you’re going to do the right thing anyway, what do you care

That would be easy, make sense, and save time. We can’t have that!

Yes, all those other countries should just quit their universal health care systems on principal. Who needs it? Also, who needs education? Let’s just close all the public schools and let people pay to send their kids to school.

Never ever in my life have I ever heard a woman seriously say “I hate all men” either online or in real life. And I’ve been around a while. If you ever hear a woman say that, maybe you should say “that woman is probably being hyperbolic, but she doesn’t speak for all women anyway so I’ll just go away from her and find

They ALWAYS go over the line. That’s what I love about this show.

Uh yeah. “We knew he was abusive, we just didn’t know he was abusing people” is basically what they’re saying.

his aggressive deal making, his insatiable desire to win and get what he wanted, his unabashed love for celebrity

So, the mom loses her shit/checks out and the asshole dad/husband is left to raise the kids even though he doesn’t even know where they go to school? Isn’t that, like, every 80's movie and sit-com plot ever? Something tells me the movie Mr. Mom did it better.

The choice of body modification and accidentally being burned to any extent have absolutely nothing in common. I’ve had my tattoo for 25 years and I love it as much as I did the day I got it. It was part of me becoming myself and a wonderful bonding experience with my sister. I haven’t regretted it for a second, other

They at least put a bit of a twist on it though. What does it mean given the context, blah, blah, blah? I found it interesting at least.

Oh, then the temp/placement place sounds perfect for you! Get started on those two years ASAP! :)

Also, it’s not OK for your parents to not see you because they’re mad at your in-laws. You need to have words with them about that and be more in control the situation.

Your in-laws should never have control over who does and doesn’t see your son. That’s your job and your husbands. Time to get mad at them and tell them that you’re not going to accept their behavior. If all else fails, play the “she has a brain tumor” card. And take the kid and go see your mom for as long as you/she
