I made Spanish Pork Burgers topped with shrimp and Havarti last night - ground pork, smoked paprika, onion, garlic, parsley, and then cooked the shrimp with garlic, olive oil, parsley and lemon juice and made a sun dried tomato pesto aioli (jarred pesto, mayo, Greek yogurt). They were good, but not exactly "Spanish."
