This cheap shit box is what America needs. Toss in some more airbags, list it under 10k with a 10 year 100k mile warranty and you’ve got a winner. It looks a lot better than the Mirage or Spark. It looks like the small CUVs that America loves right now.

$20k?? What are they adding to the water up there in Canada, cause I want some. The list of cars you can buy for $20k is vanishingly small. Even the humble Honda Civic starts at $21k, and that’s before you add anything resembling an option.

A Canadian posting a picture of a Fastback Fiero?

CP...

I spent $750 on a 1989 Cavalier. Which was probably wildly overmarket.

That’s...that’s amazing. Step 1: Remove Body from Frame...

Dang, I did not need to read this story today. Let’s see, my wife’s van hasn’t had a transmission flush ever. My daughter keeps forgetting to do oil changes and I snapped off a nipple on the radiator and fixed it with epoxy and hope. The washing machine has a broken spring and seems to be made of razor blades when I

Because the new Z won’t come out for 2 more years, and is really just a reskinned 370z, which came out as a 2009 model. The 370z was really just a reskinned and 350z, which came out in 2002. No one is going to want to buy a 2023 car that is riding on a 3500lbs platform from 2002.

I fixed it for you.

that’s because without the need to pay attention in order to not instantly crash, you turn into the little kid that the parent takes on a drive so they’d fall asleep.  Nice calming motion and gentle wind

Nah. We don’t complain about Porsche not fucking with what already looks good and performs better, but we will certainly complain about a 350z in a retro body kit with an ugly front fascia being presented as a new car that’s supposed to excite us for the future of Nissan’s offerings. Those two are not the same.

Disingenuous Journalism!

I haven’t seen a comment section on an article with so many quotable one liners in a long time, if ever. That’s some damn poetry.

Good lord the comments on this are bringing the brilliance. So good.

It’s a face lifted 370z, same exact roof-line, wheel base, and width. They borrowed a newer motor from Infiniti and have probably bolted it to the same transmission and suspension. If the floor pan has changed I’ll be amazed. Next time someone criticizes FCA over the challenger I’m gonna point to this mutt.

They are not leaving due to the wild fires. They are leaving due to the taxes, crime and other BS that California has instituted!

Will this be a new resurgence for the old Italian nameplate?

Had one, spent more time fixing it than driving it. Had a gremlin I could not figure out. No one would work on it, including the Pontiac dealers in my area (this was prior to them not existing any more). Sold it the next week. It was a hell of a lot of fun to drive, though.
