I’m just surprised no hardware company has come up with a better solution for mining, as in a dedicated hardware designed and built for mining. Maybe that would just be faced with import bans from governments, so probably not the best idea.

Maybe he was referring to 70% because it was part of some agreement, and maybe that number is set as a milestone in a contract or something. He also mentioned minimum revenue guarantees, so I’m guessing that is the reason for the weird reference to percentages for fraudulent sales.
