That’s awesome. I’m surprised nobody wrote about that “Waluigi Amiibo Please” sign at this year’s Wrestlemania. (Green sign)

People bring all kinds of ridiculous signs to WWE events, but a demand to translate Mother 3? That’s a new one.
Dude I’ve never even heard of this controller and it looks rad! I totally want one!
That’s like Nintendo level innovation right there.
It’s important to note that a “bad” PC port isn’t equivalent to a bad console port. Take Dark Souls, for example. That’s widely lauded as a terrible PC port but not because it looked or ran worse than the console versions. It was criticized because it was capped at the same resolution and framerate as the console…
That guy that says to take his time creating games? It’s valid criticism. His games aren’t terrible, but they need more polish. Spending more time working on it is all that’s needed, especially if you’re just learning.
He needs to be spending much more than a couple days or a week on a game if he wants to make them decent. Most of that time is spent doing bug fixes and what not.
Agreed wholeheartedly. Wish the big AAA publishers would take note!! (You know actually care about your audience instead of their wallets...)
When you’re hard at making licensed tie-in games it’s easy to assume they’re just in it for an easy paycheck. Releasing something two years later when they didn’t have to shows some dedication that belies cashing in.
It’s too bad so few people remember that one - it’s always been one of my favorites.
Kids these days just can’t respect meme history.
It’s a reference to a really, really old meme.
that’s the joke
So someone made Pipe Dream where another player controls the water?
The random zooms were in the original cutscenes. Seriously, this was super faithful to the originals.
He’s just being true to the source material.
I almost wish he’d found a way to mount a video card in the cartridge slot, and then disguise the cooler to look like a N64 cartridge.
i would like to see something like this at a arcade place. It’s certainly unique enough to catch attention.
Doom 64 is, mostly, an entirely different game from the PC version, with a different atmosphere. The levels are new, the graphics are new, the sound effects are recycled from the PS/Saturn ports of Doom and are thus of a higher fidelity than the ones found in the PC version.
Y’all need to look up Doom 64 EX. It’s -exactly- what you’re describing.
