48 months, but we will pay it off in two to three years.

We want to pay it off in two to three years. I am not big on having debt, but we had to get a car and this was the best deal.

We bought a new car three days ago. First new car we have had since 2007. Figured it was about time. We got a 2023 honda accord for 0% interest. We also put down over 30% for it. So I am hoping it will last us another 16 years. BTW we sold our 2007 civic to a local kid for $5500. So not a bad ROI on the civic. The

The other move the government should have done is stopped guaranteeing student loans. This would have normalized tuition costs, because lenders would have to look at student repayment odds. This in turn hopefully would drive up enrollment in trade schools (which my mother and father both did and were very successful).

Here is my point. I am fully vaxxed, but I had covid only after I got vaxxed (within two months). You cannot believe me all you want, I honestly do not care. I was just giving you facts that I have seen around my community. It is a small sample size, but I thought I would pass the info along since I hope everyone is

True, there are only about 1300 people there. We keep seeing the same pattern over and over again.

At my work, people that aren’t vaxxed are not getting it and people that are vaxxed are getting it over and over again. One guy who is fully vaxxed got it three times in two months (maybe he never truly recovered). It is crazy! The people that are vaxxed are upset about getting the vaccine because it is apparently not

As a teacher there are two things you can do to help you children.

I mean if you are offering one... I don’t know about ground down. Paid off my house in five years, have two kids and a wife and no car payment. So I do not owe anyone any money, all on the huge salary of a teacher and my wife who is the school secretary.

34, college was around $26,000 a year with room and board. I had a scholarship and fasfa that covered around $10,000. I paid for the rest out of my own pocket by working nights, weekends, whatever.

Both of my parents never went to college and we had a very good life. My father worked hard in a factory and my mother was a secretary. To say that your life is not good by not going to college is a bit ridiculous. The problem with society is two fold. One is we make students feel like if you don’t go to college then

This is called rational thought. We don't do that anymore. We just scream at people who don't believe what we believe.

Lodge 49 is very underrated and didn't get the ending it deserved.

That is going to be my last post. Enjoy your lives and I wish you nothing but the best.

You are talking to someone who will vote for Biden and despises Trump(I can’t stand Fox news or CNN) with a passion. I am just not scared of my own shadow. Do some research about yellow fever, the flu pandemic, the black Plague, smallpox, measles and many other outbreaks that were waaaaaay worse. That is when you need

I love when you disagree with someone, you can just call them names instead of having a rational argument/conversation about something. I guess my dad was right, never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

Ha ha ha ha ha! I love you! You may be the most awesome person ever. Don't give me covid .

Yep you know me can't wait until I die and everyone I love dies.

They don’t have a vaccine for the coronavirus for its entire existence (around 10,000 years) . So just stay in your house until you die. It will be something we live with for years. If you are banking on a vaccine, then you are most likely out of luck. Also California has been wearing masks and closing stuff since

First off did you even read what I wrote? It is not my daughter. Second, that is what I am talking about with this, everything is might or maybe or could happen. I might get in a car wreck when I leave the house tomorrow. I might drive down the road with my wife in the car and she may get hurt from my driving. But
