I’m the German Police in my Nissan Frontier, and those shitbags running down the shoulder of the SF Bay Bridge during rush hour are these asshats. Key differences being my rear bumber instead of lights, and they’re jackasses in clapped out Acuras.

One of the dealership employees might even deliver your food...in your car. Cuz moonlighting

I see these cars driving around SF every day, and get so incredibly frustrated with them. First off, they need to be more aggressive. However, given that none of the services I’ve seen can actually navigate odd situations with confidence (they usually just panic stop wherever they might be), I’m not confident they’re

It is in every neighborhood I’ve lived in from central Indiana to central Illinois to South Carolina, and in various cities in California. So, if you’re really interested in trying to prove a point by using random observations, then I say you’re wrong.

Those are the predicted paths following rules of the road, or an action that’s been studied and characterized. Humans, animals, and accidents don’t follow logical paths. So no, those vectors aren’t sufficient.

“Let’s say a child is walking down the sidewalk, for instance, all fine and normal. But then it sees an ice cream truck across the way, and darts into the street, as children sometimes do. That sort of behavior can make things tough, and why getting it right is so important.”

That one in the middle with the full car picture... I need one of those. Missing mine. Missing the rest of the car too, but gotta start somewhere.

I accidentally hit a jump on my 1983 Seca 750 in college. I was doing about 105MPH at night on a country road I didn’t know, and all of a sudden saw a low-rise railroad crossing (not one of the big 6 foot tall affairs we usually had in Illinois, but more like 3 feet tall). I slowed down to about 85 before I hit it.

I daily my truck and don’t feel like paying the gas tax. A rack like that would drop my truck from 21 mpg highway to about 16 or 17. I have the factory roof racks on my double cab and topper, and they’re bad enough for aero. Plus, I don’t like using them because it’s just annoying putting stuff up there (articulating

Wise choice. Best to know exactly who to blame.

Multiple systems! And, engineered so perfectly that only an avalanche of bad luck could bury you in the mere potential of an undesired outcome.

MGB rollover safety equipment was terrible. The fuel flow cutoff valve was positioned over the exhaust manifold, and would leak. Best to remove. The electrical cutoff switch would trigger on non-accident bumps like hitting a bad pothole. The car would be completely dead until you reached under the dash and pressed the

That dealership should start offering courses on responsibility in politics.

N54, is that a 944 as your avatar image? I have a white 944S2. Love it!

The Boring company sounds like a little kid trying to make his dad seem cool. Any time a better option is mentioned, they up their claims whether they are realistic, or necessary, or not.

Tom, what the hell?! You usually come to logical conclusions that I can get behind, but blindly taking $1500 as an accepted value for a 2010 Jetta is bullshit. That car should easily fetch $5000-8000 on the open market if it’s been as well maintained as the owners say. You should have suggested they get another

Blowing oil out the filler sounds like hogh crankcase pressure. Is your PCV valve working?

Actual carbon fiber is simple to repair if cracked or damaged. In many instances it’s easier to repair than steel, aluminum, and plastic. I’m not sure about the material GM is using though.

So many words! Looks interesting, but I’ll come back to finish after another cup of coffee... errr, I mean Rich Energy.

Measure one of those needle bearings and send out an APB to all Jalops for help finding replacement needles!
