I don’t know about that. I did notice my mistake and apologized for it earlier. It appears you missed that post just like I missed the name of the driver of the car.

Yep, you’re right. I apologized for this already. I think you missed that post.
Thanks for the personal growth advice, coach. You really turned my life around.
Yeah, I caught that after other folks pointed it out. I also apologized earlier, but I think you missed that post. What’s impressing me though is how many people identified the difference in name spellings. That attention to detail on how to spell names means a lot to me (probably because I have an uncommon name), so…
You’re mistaking SJW for personal life experiences. If I was not Arab, and did not experience regular social racism due to my background, then yes... you could label me as an SJW. However, I am Arab, I do experience racism regularly, and that makes your SJW comment incorrect (at least according to Urban Dictionary’s…
I think you missed my apology earlier. Looks like we both missed some important information. ;)

Oops, I completely messed that up, and I’m sorry for that. Just been dealing with a lot of racism lately and got triggered with this. BTW, I’m about as damned far from a snowflake as you can get.
This started off well, but it became culturally insensitive at the end. Why did you switch his name to Muhammed instead of using his actual name? This comes across as very derogatory, and I hope it does not win COTD unless that last line is changed.
Nice job on the writeup, and these bikes have come a long way! I was the test rider and “model” for the last iteration, and you get to see me riding one on marketing merchandise in most Specialized stores or on their website. :) I was impressed with the bikes in 2015, and even more so now. I don’t work for…
It only took 9 seconds to go from 400 kph to 0 kph. My truck takes that long from 100 kph!
Hey, found your post a little late. I am on there, but not very active. A couple of the mods ruin the sense of community there, so I just use it for info now.
I award thee the “Award of False Equivalences”! You can pick up your award in a magical place where people successfully protest without being seen by you... once you’re done having a temper tantrum.
If this isn’t justification for the “Everything’s Okay Alarm”, then I don’t know what is!
The GE plant I worked at in South Carolina used to have a Jeep firetruck like the one shown in this article. It was used all the time for responding to emergencies and just patrolling the grounds. I’d rather forgotten about that Jeep since the last I saw it was in 2006. I bet it’s still being used though.
I think you’re overdoing it here. The township had plenty of opportunity to notify this guy that he was breaking the rules, but didn’t take action until just recently. Ron thinks his situation merits an exemption , but they strong armed him into onerous terms. I think they’re being abusive and could grant the guy more…
Oh man! My heart was racing as I started reading this thinking an expensive tow was coming up! I swear city street parking rules are just there to take advantage of the “poors” who can’t afford a garage. Permit parking can help, unless you happen to live on a non-permit street, which means you can’t get a permit no…
Ex military members make some of the best Police we have. They’re usually more interested in talking situations down than escalating. Probably because they don’t feel like they have to prove their toughness.
