I just looked into this (very casually) and (speaking as a non-lawyer) it’s (a) not clear that the grounds for recall have been met or that (b) it would survive a court challenge

Maybe I’m just weird here, and I 100% wouldn’t judge someone who wanted their father in the delivery room while they gave birth ... but I wouldn’t expect that to be the default either. If it were me honestly my mom doesn’t make the top 2 for who I’d want with me. Much less my dad. :P
