Or if the temp was 42, the ° marking could make it 420.

They want to, they can’t afford to.

I don’t think you understand just how much the Chinese government subsidizes their industries. One of our suppliers - a U.S. based company making steel forgings - told us that they could not compete with their Chinese competitors on price, so they decided to open up a facility in China. They found they still could not

Is it possible for an adult to get their legs between the rear seats and the front seats? That looks rather tight.

A “sales fete”?   Party hearty Andy.

I’m nostalgic for this and am still managing to change my own diapers, but this price is nuts.

It’s almost as if all snow isn’t the same.   Slushy snow on asphalt is different than hard packed dry snow which is different than hard pellets of almost icy snow.  All require slightly different approaches.

I know when my brother was street parking in front of his building in Toronto he had a pass that allowed him to park in one of the spaces on that block, and only that block.   I assume NY does something similar so while I’m not defending him, he may only have a permit to park on that one block.

I work for a company where historically the work force was older than average, so I have seen a lot of former co-workers retire.  The ones that had hobbies, side jobs, etc. are still doing well for the most part.  Virtually every single one that defined themselves by their job and didn’t have a life outside of work

2 door Chrysler 300 with a nose job.

If you look at the road and the steps on the house that the car climbed, there doesn’t appear to have been even an attempt at making a turn. This isn’t going too fast and sliding off the road, this is just flat out running off the road.

We need to know the model of the car.  This has to be the most durable car in the world.  Jalops deserve to know what to buy for their next purchase.

Look at it from the standpoint of a body shop.  A dent removal, especially on a surface with a sharp crease like that, is not guaranteed to work. If you are in the business of returning it to like new condition, you are most likely going to quote for the full replacement.  Most customers would be unhappy if you quoted

Worst one I’ve done didn’t result in any damage to a car or car part.   Within the first year of my marriage, I was working on my wife’s car.  To ensure that I didn’t damage my new wedding ring, I took it off and placed it carefully on the cowl.  Completed the work on the car, slammed the hood closed and jumped in for

A family that my mother cleaned house for years ago purchased a new Camaro for their son on his 16th birthday. He had a relatively minor accident within two weeks, so they had it repaired. Within two months he had totalled it. At that point he decided what he really wanted was a motorcycle, so they bought one for him.

What 50 year old car are you going to find in perfect condition for $21K?   And if you do find one, will it be as gorgeous a model as this one?

Wrapping around the bar is actually a good way to mount the belts, but not the way this guy did it. Tying is no good, using a proper buckle to secure it as shown in the link is good. Reasoning is the round bar puts less stress on the harness than the clip that you would bolt to a bracket on the roll bar.   I would say

A co-worker insisted Corvettes were made of “fiverglass”.

As long as the hiring criteria and management mentality doesn’t change, paying more will just attract more people on a power trip as they can throw their weight around AND make more money.
