Oh I feel like this article should’ve been presented at a team meeting for Kotaku’s writers with a splash of IGN editors before it was ever presented to the public. Do a quick search and see how many times Kotaku and IGN refer to a game (when they’re talking about about games) as “Metroidvania-style”.
