The state of wildlife makes me sad, but it isn’t surprising in any way. I look at the cosmetics industry and the people that buy it. Cruelty free makeup isn’t always cheap, but I look at the people that go nuts over Mac and Sephora and that shit is expensive, so the fact that their makeup brands torture animals

I saw XxX for the hot guy too, but this was the hot guy I saw it for.

Is there a breakdown somewhere of why things will be considered pre-existing? I understand the reason behind a lot of it but I really just don’t understand the domestic abuse angle.

What could her hopes have possibly been. “This commercial will change the world. People will learn that conflict can be solved with pepsi! That I don’t even drink in the commercial!”

I would suggest printing out a stack of these kinds of stories, each time your parents go against your house rules you can give one to them to read, or read it to them if they refuse to. This is what you are fighting against and they need to understand.

This is exactly it. The woman was fat so she doesn’t count.

Looking on the bright side here. Thank goodness it’s such a shitty picture that this woman probably won’t become a meme and that people won’t know who she is. She’ll likely feel like shit for a long time, but it might not be as awful as it could be seeing her face isn’t visible.

When it comes to littering I really, really do think so. I’ve never seen anyone yelled at, or given the stink eye because they drop their butts absolutely EVERYWHERE outside. And it isn’t hard to do something about it. You can get a pocket ashtray for a couple of bucks to dispose of them.

This actually bugs the crap out of me. Get a damned ashtray, I don’t know why smokers are cut a break. Maybe we would have less forest fires if more of them where trained to deal with their buts properly.

It quite possibly could be. I am not american and I’ve never seen it here. I mean I have but only when we are sharing a plate of nachos or something.

To be honest that was an extreme based only on where we are going tonight. It’s a super lovely place that includes a boat ride but because it is seasonal the menu is very small and besides a few salads and that one soup pretty much everything else is seafood. I do enjoy seafood but I have a freezer full so I eat a lot

Oh that would infuriate me, especially since it seems like she does not take a hint, even a very blatant one. It’s why I always love the servers who ask me if we are together or separate checks. It sounds like she still would have pawned it off on you though.

I very much agree with you on all your points. If it’s the matter of a couple of dollars then it isn’t a big deal and if you have similar tastes it will work its way out over time and equal up. In these articles it seems to be assumed that this is the case, it will always even up at some point so nobody should ever

It’s basically because I’m very picky. I don’t like coffee, I find that the hot chocolates at restaurants are too thick for me and I drink roobios tea with honey... lots of restaurants don’t have roobios or honey. That leaves me with pops/water to drink. I have pop at home and after being out and about for awhile I’m

I actually go out with people where one of us is treating or we each pay our own way, it doesn’t come up in my group that we have to cover for each other. I think that is why I just don’t get this.

This makes me SO THANKFUL that the people I dine with do not just split the bill. I think that is why it’s so hard to understand people that think it’s a requirement to dining out with others. If I am low on funds but still want to enjoy company with others I watch the menu prices and I keep myself within a certain

The only thing I disagree with is that it shouldn’t depend on how much money you have. I see a lot of people that always mention ‘if your friend has less’ or ‘if your friend has children’ but I don’t see why that should factor into things. There *is* the fact that you don’t know what is going on in their lives but

This is something that I really get annoyed with in pretty much EVERY article about money. I don’t understand why so many people think that you should just constantly chip in for someone elses lunch and why it’s totally okay for the other person to expect it just because you are no longer a teen.

I don’t understand this. Who wants a *brief* respite? I want a permanent residence there.

I completely agree with you. Especially since after you go through animal testing, you have to test on humans anyway.
