At least jury nullification is actually a thing in some circumstances. There’s truly nothing that stops a jury from coming together and deciding that despite the facts of a case and the laws that exist they find a defendant not guilty. They don’t really even have to explain it.

I think for a long time Teslas did hold their value well (they may still, in the long run.) That was more related to supply shortages than anything else.
