You think that at first, but as overleveled as I've felt against the wild pokemon, I'd get to a gym and they'd be rocking guys the same level. If you had it off, you'd end up underleveled for gyms which is weird.

Super training is just EV training. It has the same caps as EV training would, which is 510 points. The max per stat is 255, so you can max him out in two extra stats.
