Even when it’s a conspiracy, somehow it always turns out the source of their probems is lihbruhls. It’s weird isn’t it.

I am so fucking tired of these assholes.
signs in the parking lot promised parking non-customers a swift removal.
I live in Baltimore, which, when summer hit becomes a massive snowball city. There’s this one incredibly popular stand that’s near a parking lot, and you have to pay $.50 to use it - annoying, but it’s a private lot (and to their credit they are very clear about the parking, it’s not misleading) and spending a half a…
God damn time conspiring with clocks to wake me up too early.
Then you’d have to draw a bigger circle around that and label it “people to whom you have to explain what a Venn Diagram is.”
If they have never seen towing like this before, then they must live under a rock somewhere far outside of Charlotte. I live in Charlotte and it has been a popular topic on the news for decades of how fast towing companies will tow your car if you park somewhere and even look at another store besides the store the…
On a slightly different note, Republicans have the absolute worst taste. You know you’re at one of their events when you see the ugliest vehicles, flags, signs, clothing, faces...
I suspect that they can mount a different tire, they just won’t be able to use the wheel covers then. But yes, it’s absolutely an idiotic design choice; and one that creates more problems than it solves.
Imagine developing bespoke tires designed to work with matching wheel covers. Then after 4+ years of development, the covers still dig into the tires! What an embarrassment this car is.
Yeah, it’s mind-boggling.
Ah I’m with you now. I completely agree that producing a cover that might damage the tires is an incredible flaw.
The issue is that the “fix” doesn’t completely alleviate the potential for damage. From the article “...updated wheel covers that should cause less damage to the tires.” (emphasis, mine).
Literally the only reason you should ever be locked in to OEM tires is if you’re driving a Bugatti or something with tires specifically designed for 200+ mph. No other reason.
Not sure I understand what you are taking issue with here.
In the article you emphasised “should” cause less damage. What about “less”? They’ll cause “less damage”.
Other than high end sports cars, I couldn’t imagine being locked into a bespoke tire, just so that your wheel covers fit 🙄
A+ on using the photo of the Cybertruck with dumpsters in the background. No ignoring the similarity in design.
