My better half is trying to get into a Crosstrek.

Stay way from 2008. 2008 was an underpowered car at about 220hp. They righted the ship in 2009 by bumping up to 265hp.

Subaru is indeed in demand. The last trade-in price I got quoted on my 2009 Impreza WRX was in the range of 18K, not bad for a car I bought for 26K six years ago. 15%/year depreciation my rear end.

Shows the lack of growth since my 2009 packs 265.

I'll escort you under my TWIC card if I can do the first burnout. I'm on the East Coast too.

I wouldn't call a 17 year-olds driving enthusiastic, more reckless than enthusiastic.

I still think their finest hour was when they entered the 24hour endurance race with a diesel BMW they picked up off the street. Even then they didn't do really any of the work to the car, I was still wowed by the mechanics rebuilding the front half of a BMW in mere hours while those 3 genuinely stressed the f***

So it depends on which phone you have. If you use an iPhone you have to use the wifi version. If you use an Android you can use a bluetooth version.

Same scanner I have, probably the best thing I've ever bought for my car.

I've always thought the car was simplistically beautiful. It's an unassuming sedan that will eat gravel and spit fire at you. Literally the only car I'd ever buy (because I can't afford anything exotic)

My 2009 WRX hits its posted MPG literally on the dot at 18/25. The 2009 is also smaller than the newer generation.

Any chance Pontiac would do this with my Fiero?

It's still expensive even when you're 27.

You should've recommended a Pontiac Fiero. I had one as my first car in 2004 and it ensured I stayed indoors when it snowed, I could never fit anybody larger than a hamster in it & it would go from 0-60 in about 25 seconds.

I think it was when Clarkson was driving the Lexus LFA that they proclaimed it had digital gauges because a mechanical needle couldn't keep up/move up the revcounter fast enough.

The Canadian Law Enforcement promptly apologized to him for cutting his fun short and issued him a note as an excuse for why he was late to work.

BOOM!!

Sadly logic won't prevail. The path of logic for Bubba in his tow-truck to look at a car that says AWD all over the back of it and tow it and destroy the drivetrain I think would be pretty easy to prove. It was mentioned in another comment "I drove it here, you towed it, I went to pick it up and the rear dif is in

I've often wondered this. I was reading my car manual (yes I read those) and it clearly states do not tow it with only 2 wheels on the ground and 2 say, locked on the back of a pickup truck, that's why my car has the badge and window sticker (both put there by Subaru) Symmetrical AWD. I keep wondering what would
