I don’t know that they’re “cheering him.” But they do keep inventing these straw men “liberals” who they claim are “trying to use the hacking to delegitimize” Trump’s election.

They do know, don’t they, that women aren’t the only humans with “gender”? So, because “gender” of some kind, defined in some way, pretty much includes everyone, and the State Department programs deal with humans...... they’re asking for everything.
