I know everybody always says it, but if they made that 2 door version and kept the tow rating (my race trailer is approx 4.5k lbs) I’d be in line for one. I haven’t had more than one passenger in one of my cars in...10 years maybe. As is, when they hit the showrooms I’ll ride my supermoto over and see if it will fit

So, I just got my AAA renewal and this year it went up almost 35% though they also dropped my miles by about 1/3. No tickets or anything, same record. I asked about various changes and it turned out my annual rate would go down $600 if I raised my deductible by $500. Insurance is such a scam.

So many seats, but only one ass to fill them. I know your pain.

I have 3 auto/motorcycle plans. DD is on AAA and it went up about 10% this year with the same miles, same car, same record, same coverage. (I don’t drive a lot with that car bc I walk to work and bike to stores so covid hasn’t really changed it) Atom is on a specialty insurance and it went up about 15%, same deal

Fixing the cabinet door is likely to injure more people than practicing braking on an empty, straight road. That said, yes, now is not the time to do anything stupid. I beddie-bye timed my motorcycles for now and it makes Jack a sad boy :(

It depends what car and what pads you are using, as to whether it is easier at full boogie or when braking reasonably. My GT350 is difficult to heel/toe unless braking hard because the OEM brakes are an on/off switch and with so little pedal travel it is way above my accelerator pedal. My Atom I can heel/toe in

Pick your heroes better.  I liked driving my hero car so much that I bought it.  Twice.

Ginger Weather. I drive my Atom much more in cool to cold weather than in the heat of summer mostly because I hate sun screen and otherwise I need to wear long sleeves, gloves, and a balaclava in the heat. My car has no heater but air can slip by the radiator to warm your feet, though there have been times I’ve hard

I don’t see the point of a fun car without a manual, but different strokes my dude. I test drove a Hellcat and a GTR and both bored me after the first couple pulls. But I’m also a bit jaded on speed - my avatar is my other car, which runs sub 3 and 10s with a manual.

No, you are wrong and I might just hate you.

1. “Okay, Why is Maverick Still in the Navy?”

I’m that guy who was back and forth on a GT350, but finally put a deposit down on one when they announced the GT500 would be DSG only.  The GT500 would be tempting if I hadn’t already picket up my 350, but maybe in a few years when the prices drops to MSRP if you look hard enough like the 350 has gotten to.  If they

It’s common now, from what I’ve seen. I think because Invoice is so easy to find now on the internet that it has become the starting price for negotiations, not the goal to get to, for most people.  It does not accurately give the actual cost to the dealer, with hold backs, etc, so for a lot of cars they are willing

We tried that.  Still sucked.  And I get that it isn’t the same tranny, but every Merc has the same sloppy, laggy crap tranny response.

Nissan GTR, whatever the hi po one is called.  It’s cliche for a reason, but it seems to line up well with this guy’s interests.  Crazy quick, one of the easiest cars to drive fast, reliable enough, well under 200k, and technowiz drivetrain even if it isn’t the newest thing.  I personally went the exact opposite

My worry is more the tranny than the motor, given recent experience with AMG models.  The GLC AMG 63 (was helping a friend shop SUVs) would be super fun with a good tranny, but the one in it is always several gears too high and does not kick down enough, unlike say the Q8 which seems to kick down several gears if you

I thought it was built off the smaller Ranger which doesn’t have a base cab version with normal size bed. If it’s f150 based then yeah, still way too big.

A guy was driving a 458 Speciale pretty hard at a couple trackdays I did at Lagana Seca. Seemed like he was a regular there, and was doing lead follows helping people learn the track in the noob groups in addition to his regular group. Maybe he’s the only one though.

This is the truck we need. Someone create a Change.org and a gofundme to get the development costs paid for.

Same size, with an available manual, 5k lb tow rating, and a low ride height version (because lifting heavy things into trucks sucks when you are old). They would sell literally dozens a year! And I’d be one of
