I'm with you on that. The worst thing is that she's exhibiting symptoms of it as well. She gets to have a bone marrow done on Tuesday. Hopefully she just has a weird disease that is treatable. 30 is still so young.

Happens all the time. My coworker's identical twin sister died from leukemia 5 years ago. She couldn't get medication because of an insurance issue and left behind a legacy of 3 million dollars of debt.

I certainly am. Watching that show put into glaring perspective the shortcomings of my own healthcare system.
