You are just like meeeeee! Though I haven't checked ear wax removal yet. Hmmmmm. Abscesses and tonsil stones are fun/ gross to watch as well.
It's really not that satisfying of a watch. Cysts are usually better. Abscesses are the truly gross ones to watch. (YouTube popping death spiral. You cannot quit watching!)

I got a paragard in April or May this year. I had forgotten to take a preemptive painkiller and it was only a little painful (the sounding was the worst). My periods start a little earlier with the browning, but overall has not increased flow or cramps.

I'm not sure if D&D was the first, but it definitely seems to be the progenitor of that style.
My introduction with it was from a friend who kept trying to DM D&D on AIM chat about 12 years ago (holy shit I feel old now). We never seemed to get past character creation, but I remember reading through stuff to figure out my alignment.
I hope she does. I would vote for her in a heartbeat.
