Yeah, I usually use a pantyliner a few days beforehand, but sometimes forget what day of my cycle it is, or I get mad about the waste of liners. Ugh.

Yeah, it's a neat little trick I learned about recently. I thankfully haven't had to use it much (I'm usually like clockwork) but it's always nice to have something ready, especially in a "suprise!! I'm 4 days early!" period.

But would it have worked otherwise? No.
