Your stuff if public. If you think blocking someone does anything you're an idiot, they can just log out and see it. At least now people know it does nothing.

Dang. I don't know if I want to jump in at the Kickstarter level for a $40 mug that's untested by anyone but the creator of said mug, but I'm definitely setting a reminder before it ends and if I don't jump in I'll keep and eye on them once they're in mass production. +100 Internets to you good sir.
HERE'S WHERE I TAG THE PHOTO AND CALL OUT THE ARTIST FOR ONE TINY DETAIL I REMEMBERED FROM ONE MOVIE THAT I PROBABLY GOOGLED TO BE SURE WAS CORRECT BEFORE POSTING ANYWAY.
Yeah, I'd pay $30 for a mug that takes tea from flaming hot to warm in a matter of minutes and then keeps it there. But mugs either keep stuff hot for so long you don't want to drink it by the time it cools, or it cools so fast it's cold in 10 minutes.
OK.
I clarified it a little. Sorry, I always post and then revise it afterwards. I was saying an average worker now makes ~$24/hour, which is more than enough to feed your family for the day. Not that long ago just putting food on the table for an average worker required hours and hours of labor.
Possibly the saddest comic strip panel of all time.
Life has certainly become more leisurely, just not to the point they predicted. Even 100 years ago the idea of feeding a small family of 3 for a day by only working 1 hour would be ridiculous, but an average worker making $50k/year can do that now. It's just that as our purchasing power has increased so has our…
How about spot welding?
No, no, no. This is the sauce that comes with Mexican food.
Maybe you don't understand what the word necessary means. Switching to 64-bit isn't required (necessary) until 4+ GB of RAM is used in phones. Until then 32-bit will work fine, and performance gains can be realized through faster clock speed, as they have every generation before this one, and a faster GPU. This is how…
Meh, oh well. I hadn't checked the A7 clock speed after the phone came out because I didn't think it would be lower than the A6X. The faster GPU can also process more than 4x as much information as the one in the 5. I still don't get what you're trying to argue here, the move to 64 was unnecessary at this point but…
But most of that is from the increase in processor speed, not the transition to 64-bit.
It was unnecessary to make the jump to 64 right now though. It's great for super high-end games that take advantage of the extra registers, but I doubt the OS is more than marginally faster for it. Apple did make everything easy for developers, because they want everyone on the train now so that when it becomes…
No...
I thought the thrill of adventure was the real reason to be excited for snow.
I thought Rosa Parks ended racism in 1955.
At that point, why not just buy a high-end Dyson and a $20 portable vacuum you can use in the car?
They had that one too. Mom opted for this one because it was cheaper and seemed just as effective, but I imagine the other one would have been even more entertaining the first few times he tried.
Good point.
