Right, my comment was on the statue not it’s destruction.
Sure, she has the right to stand in front of that statue and tell every passerby how terrible it is, but her right to speech gives her zero right to touch and deface another person’s property, period.

Both Statues are 100% OK in that they’re free expressions of speech but the audience is free to apply their own definition of acceptable. I find one no more obscene than the other and wouldn’t be surprised if they were created by the same artist for the purpose of pointing out people’s hypocrisy.
