With Supergirl in its final season I’d rather they just cut them or reduce their screentime than try to make them interesting. Its too late to make me care about them.

We found out Maggie knew very early in their relationship. Alex and Kelly have probably been dating for close to a year at this point. I wouldn’t be surprised if Kelly has already figured it out but its odd that Alex hasn’t discussed it with her yet.

The Danvers sisters moment was nice. We need more of them. Their relationship was really sidelined last season.

William and Andrea don’t need to be regulars. The cast was already big when they joined and they don’t add anything to the show.

What’s interesting is that the CW shows don’t seem to be consistent about that. Superman & Lois has kissing scenes and apparently Riverdale has love scenes but some shows aren’t doing kissing scenes.

Some women definitely like a bushy beard though I prefer a beard that is more trim.

Apparently on an instagram live Bitsie Tulloch (Lois) said that Melissa Benoist would like to appear on the show. That surprised me but it would be great to see Kara show up again after Supergirl has ended.

I was thinking that Yara being a relatively new character would give them little from the comics to bring to the show.

Supergirl has lots of writing issues but the episode where Alex and Maggie broke up was well done and sad. Though the reason they did (Alex wanting kids) was a short-sighted and limiting development for Alex.

Despite its flaws I enjoyed Crisis on Infinite Earths but I think Crisis on Earth-X is the still the best Arrowverse crossover.

The media likes to refer to every show ending as cancelled even in the reasons why they are ending are quite different.

It’s rumored that Melissa Benoist didn’t want to renew her contract so that’s likely a big reason why Supergirl is ending. It didn’t seem like the cast members were actually surprised by the news of it ending.

Those age gaps aren’t that uncommon but the average age difference between a married couple in the U.S. is two and a half years. Most couples are actually fairly close in age.

She does look younger than her age to me. It makes the age difference look bigger.

Legends of Tomorrow is easily the most consistent show on the network. It’s relatively clever and self aware and the writers know what kind of show they want it to be. And in some ways its more progressive than Supergirl yet the writers don’t pat themselves on the back for it near as much.

I didn’t finish them but I actually enjoyed playing the Lego Indiana Jones games.

It is a somewhat short run for a CW superhero show. I wonder if Cress Williams wanted to move on? It doesn’t seem likely that they would be doing a Painkiller spin-off if the network thought the show was doing poorly.

I’m disappointed we haven’t seen Diggle yet when there was talk of him showing up again. Nicole Maines hinted we will see Nia after Supergirl ends but after what happened with Diggle I’m a little skeptical about that.

The headwriter and executive producer of Superman and Lois used to be an executive producer and writer for The Flash. The Flash is considered by some to be the Arrowverse show that is the worst at portraying women.

This is what they should focus on in the final season. The focus should be on Kara and Alex plus J’onn. Everyone else should be a lesser priority.
