<super serious lore answer>

The characters are actors in a troupe, each game is a play. That’s the whole thing.

I think it means the city was named after the Duke of Donk and there’s also probably a Donktown elsewhere

Yeah that was awful

the time travelling internet commenter is a fun head game when reading old comments- I’ve wanted to tell past commenters about Donald Trump like 10 times reading old comments.

Yeah, but am I the person on the planet who bought the answer for “Why are Reapers”? Cause within the context of a galactic space opera, I definitely bought it and even to a much lesser degree their willingness to <last 20 minutes spoilers>

3 is totally my favorite, the combat system is perfect by then, especially since I prefer to run a total biotic team and the last one feels the strongest for that class.

I also don’t hate the ending as much as everyone else.

I thought yours was alright

(laughs in fucking 2021)

Yeah, to me one of the threads for this season has been Mando slowly questioning the dogma he’s always accepted. And considering he had already once removed his helmet out of expediency for the moment, I assumed that the writers were setting up this dark saber problem as a way to realize that.

Din hearing all this

I think you’re right. Feels like we’re about to spend maybe two years on other plots unrelated to Grogu with the Rangers show, Ahsoka, & Boba Fett and I wouldn’t be surprised if we get a Book of Bo-Katan Season 4 in December 2022 with Din playing a big roll. All that plus the unrelated shows coming is more than enough

I like that, also in my head cannon, we’re going to get to see a lot of plot showing Thrawn and Ezra’s time lost together before they’re found so I’d rather keep him out of the main story until we see that.

Presumably the security check is in having the thumbdrive itself, idk maybe the same thumbdrive changes hands too much to keep up with which face, blahblahblah.

It wasn’t the cleanest plot when all you really need is a story about how they found Gideon’s star destroyer, but whatever. They wanted more Bill Burr, they

For this game, it’s because it really feels like they’re putting THE VISUALS right there in your face.

Y’all, Boba Fett will die this season and Slave 1 will be Mando’s new ship.

To me it’s more trending toward sending him down a gray route, which is where I think most of star wars is headed.

I’m not convinced they have to bring in another Jedi to make Grogu’s time on the mountain relevant to the story, but given (1) Fallen Order was successful and is getting a sequel and (2) Cal is based off an established actor that would be easy to bring in, I wouldn’t blame them going that route, since this show seems

  • This was the most well executed episode to date for me.

Honestly the part about this episode that hangs with me isn’t just the display of love between Din and Grogu, but the express statement that this character isn’t comic foil or a toy or some fun pet with force powers, but an actual being that has dealt with pain, abandonment & loneliness.

The Mandalorian takes place around 9ABY, while Star Wars Rebels’ epilogue has previously been established in the book Star Wars: Women of the Galaxy as taking place around a year after the Battle of Endor, so in 5ABY. “

Is that bit about the Rebels’ epilogue rock-solid? Because it’s a lot more convenient if Ahsoka

Any chance what actually comes from that is a visit from force ghost Yoda that heals some of the anger that Grogu is waddling around with? To me that better ties the growth of Din and Grogu together without introducing yet another character only half the audience has a relationship with. We’ve got 3 episodes to figure
