LOL I absolutely do have a math problem. My bad, I had originally planned to do it in terms of 10% but the article I referenced talked about 1% reductions so I adjusted them down.
Both healthcare policy and the DoD require significant oversight and restructuring to focus on reduction of spending and waste. Was not suggesting any particular path, just suggesting that a change in the way healthcare is priced/costed/managed is necessary. Thanks for your input.

Def, for $17 this thing is CP it could probably command less than half of that to someone who wants it. I will say however this does seem like one of the “most finished” projects featured on Jalopnik. Most of them are just barely held together with a wish and a prayer.
