Seeing your repetitive posts on every Destiny article is usually annoying, but today, I agree with you.
Hey, Bethesda’ll probably still release the GOTY edition in February.
Some of the design of New Atlantis - I’ve only just started playing - is great. I love the architecture and interior design.
BG3's devs seem to understand that an RPG needs a family of freaky disaster people who you want to kiss.
they outsourced the development to Very Accomplished Game Devs who made cubes with 126,720 triangles, sandwichs with 70,799 triangles.
If they are planned for properly from the beginning, accessibility features would not be a major issue to implement at all. There are accessibility standards for apps, websites and other digital media and any good designer will plan for them to be present. Video games should be the same.
Most accessibility options are a very, very tiny cost, and take very little dev time.
Its east to implement filters but its meaningless unless high contrast and colour swap is integrated into the palette design process by the artists from the start else you just end up with something with trippy colours or still has contrast issues even with a filter.
Some (not ALL) of the features that were discussed in the article are pretty easy. A lot of them are values that already exist in the code, but there simply isn’t anywhere in the code or the UI to change them.
Other things like magnification, motion blue, and text-to-speech are much harder to program in.
Movies will hire an intimacy coordinator for one love scene. It’s really not about the amount of such scenes, nor about being cost effective, it’s about making sure the performers are comfortable when performing any scenes like that, whether it’s one or a dozen.
please explain the appeal of birdie with four eyes please I cannot for the life of me figure it out
A common thread linking my complete revulsion for all things blockchain and AI is the sheer inhumanity of it all. Devotees of these techbro causes are so focused on technology, profits and market forces, while remaining oblivious to their effects and consequences, that at times it feels like they have become…
I thought that was Dale Gribble after a gender change
“Gary was here! Ash is a loser!”
Did... Did Misty have a kid with Gary?
In other words, they know their target market.
Adding an extra Simpson family member with no explanation? Like everything else in life, The Simpsons already did this.
I think you could, but it would probably get a lot less attention than this. The joke with Graggle is how obviously fake and out of place he is.
Maybe the joke is just how obviously Graggle is suddenly present in family scenes and iconic frames, but it seems like you could fairly easily fake a background character and cause a lot more speculation over whether they’re real or not.
