That… is a disturbingly great idea. Surely Trump's relationship with his wife/mistresses/prostitutes is as disturbing as the teachers' personal lives in "The Happiest Days of our Lives"? Peeing on him and shit like that***?

Well, to be fair, Jennifer Lawrence's asshole is a celebrity asshole that I can relate to. It snorts when it laughs, trips on stage and on red carpets, and shapeshifts into my favorite X-Men.
DARK SIDE OF THE MOON 3: 50 DILDOS DARKER
Ooooh if only Pink Floyd reunited with the living (and dead) members to make DARK SIDE OF THE MOON 2: DARK HARDER.
If they do a Heroes for Hire show, and they take that approach with Luke and Danny, I will completely forgive the shockingly shitty quality of IRON FIST and the back half of LUKE CAGE. Completely.
I definitely liked Ward's arc the best in this season, for sure! His story kept me going when I wanted to give up on the show.
There is so much they could have done with a more violent Colleen. She was one of the best parts of this fucking show already, and watching her spank ass in any case would have been preferable to seeing more of Danny Rand's magnificently punchable face. There are many ways they could have handled an increasingly…
…Where is it ever apparent that Danny is a good businessman? I thought the whole "selling the life-saving drug at cost" thing was proof-positive that he doesn't understand shit about the bigger picture. That entire plot point led me to despise Danny Rand in this show twice as hard as I already did.
^This, a lot, super hard. https://youtu.be/bb4FMn-IWE…
Yep, Ward's evolution was one of the only things that kept me going through this trainwreck of a series. His acting style and Wenham's style for Harold are so very different, and yet they gel so well here.
Wait, isn't this some sort of political Epimenidesian paradox? My brain/balls just explogasmed.
Lemon Chili Chi?
Apparently Marvel TV has more in common with the DCEU Snyderverse than its big brother MCU? I hope not.
From what I remember of Wallace's essay, doesn't he take a more centrist approach, launching a defense (I think a very good one, with some caveats) of "prescriptivism"?
Oh man, yeah, NOT a good place to start with Joyce. For what it's worth, I read Joyce's major works (DUBLINERS, PORTRAIT, ULYSSES, and the WAKE) right at 2 years apart each, in that order. I spent a couple of years reading the WAKE on and off. I'd go for 2 pages and letting it wash over me in that dream-like,…
As well you should. (Linked to it primarily because of the screenshot.) If I knew McKenna in real life, I'd think of him like I think of any other uber-psychedelic folk I've met in life: As one of the most profoundly cheesy and annoying people I've ever met.
As a monstrous fan of James Joyce and FINNEGANS WAKE, I just want to say that I support more of this across the AVClub board.
Joy would be around 28: They mention that Danny had been gone for 15 years.
I have been on the fence about starting LEGION, because I can't bring myself to support the X-Men's franchise presence at Fox.
Yeah they do too good a job of it early on. He's still a prick but he becomes… sufferable?
