Chicago’s “Turn lanes” (or lack thereof).

Let the system deal with them. At the end of the day this is Karen-esque and it’s very dangerous for him. People manipulating their plates might be up to something far more nefarious than just dodging fines. I wouldn’t cross these kinds of people just because you think the municipal budget could use a few more

Seriously? Do you travel to Saudi Arabia to fill up your car? It’s a liquid - they can ship it and put it into pumps anywhere on earth. Just like, you know, gasoline.

It’s a good deal for a running, clean 4x4 from any brand with decent mileage. The issue is these are horribly unreliable like most MBs of this era. I had an aunt and uncle who were loyal to MB and owned one of these and an SLK in the late 90s. Both were in the shop so often they bought a Lexus ES as a runabout for

97 Trans Sport. Sure it’s just a normal van, but after learning how dangerous these were in crashes, I can’t believe my family of 7 spent a decade driving from Chicago to Florida and all around town in this death trap.

You’re correct. I’m in a few Land Cruiser groups on Facebook and people consider anything 200k as low mileage. And when they’re still worth a lot of money at that mileage, it makes sense to invest in maintenance and repairs.

Most of this makes sense. A bunch of Toyotas and some GM trucks known for livery and fleet duty.

Call it Chevette

It does say something that so many of them have M cars. That’s good marketing for the brand.

It’s not an M sport. It has the shifter, wheels and steering wheel badge but it’s just a 540i. The M sport has a different body kit and suspension among other things.

You’re correct, it’s a handsome and clean design from the front. Rear is a bit messy with the awkward C pillar but overall better than 90% of new SUVs

I agree with your assessment of Fiat. There around millions of Fiat taxis running around Brazil and Turkey with high mileage to prove their reliability.

I think the great thing about EVs is we don’t need to rely on our crummy gas infrastructure. Nobody wants to spend time at a gas station (unless it’s a Wawa, maybe). We have to spend time there, so we made it a convenience store as well.

Malaise Muscle. Any and all of it. Overwrought styling with mediocre build quality and laughable performance from massive, gas guzzling engines.

Volvo XC60 or V60 plug in hybrid is the answer. Interior is a major upgrade from the 2017 X1

Obvious answers;

BMW N55

My favorite car is the M5. So that means the F10 generation is the worst, only because every other generation is so fantastic that this excellent car seems a bit dull and bloated in comparison. Ironic because I own this generation of 5 series and it’s an excellent car. The F10 M5 just isn’t as bonkers as the E60, as

2002 to 2003 Silverado facelift. Also most of you clearly don’t know what a facelift is.

Disagree. The New Edge was the best looking mustang and the definition of a great facelift.
