Why do BMW and Cadillac do this? Well it's simple. 80% of their buyers don't want engine noise. Hence the four cylinder variants are by far the most popular. They'd prefer a quiter cabin.

All I'm thinking now is how great it's going to be when they bring back flurida! I personally thought Vice City had the most character of all the 3D maps. Now that they have the space, I'm expecting to see Miami, the Glades, New Orleans, Key West and one of those absurdly large cruise ships.

I actually meant it was so solidly built that it felt like a tank. Even with 110k miles, the doors shut like a vault and everything seems so well constructed in it.

What are the benefits? It's obviously much more expensive than standard tires, even if price comes down in the future, it still requires much more material and complex manufacturing. It only replaces traditional sidewalls and beads, the cheapest parts of tires.

It's because we're the country that's stupid enough to make these rolling shitskates one of our best selling models of all time. We bring it upon ourselves as a nation.

I obviously meant Norm Abrams.

Well 150 HP was a lot for an economy car in 2007. Looking back to '07, most economy cars were still rocking 4 speed autos and drum brakes. Now a 6 speed auto is normal and dual-clutches can be found in lowly Focii. Just an example of how quickly things change in this segment. So '07 literally is "back in the day".

I've always been impressed with the build quality on my '07 Rabbit. It was a $16,000 hatchback that handled like a poor man's BMW, had soft touch plastics everywhere and felt like it was built by Abrams. Even that I-5 had quite a lot of power back in the day, and the 6 speed shiftable auto (not my choice) was a luxury

When I saw this commercial I turned to my friends and said when I'm in advertising, I won't let this shit happen.

It's like someone crumpled up a sketch of an MDX, then flattened it out again and made it into a car.

At least give us a picture of the entire thing. The corners are where the differences lie

Last night I drove a friends new ATS 2.0T Performance. Wow! I haven't driven a car that handled like that since another friend's E46 M3. Actually the ATS handled better because the M3 is old and needs it's suspension refreshed. Unfortunately it was an automatic, but it was still really quick.

I flew about 20 times this summer around the US and mostly Europe and I will admit hands down that Ryanair is utter shit in every regard.

Now playing

They were trying to one up cross town rivals IU.

Audi. I'm thinking new A8.

There's too much good news coming out about the Corvette. I'm waiting for some headline to counter it all like "2014 Stingray Causes Adult Onset Diabetes"

Except Lexus offers upscale vehicles worthy (usually) of their price tag. Lincoln doesn't

And what's most annoying about this is that Ford has several foreign market models that would work wonderfully as Lincolns.

That's just it. Lincoln is literally nothing more than a marketing stunt, trying to get more money for the same product. And as a marketing and advertising major, I can attest that Lincoln's marketing department is doing a piss poor job.

I think Lincoln should just die. They bring literally nothing new to the table besides a higher price tag and (in my opinion) absolutely hideous styling compared to standard Fords.
