Agree completely. This game has literally nothing in common with other FF games other the monsters and summons. It feels more to me like an offshoot akin to those Zelda/Fire Emblem Warriors games. Great games, but no one is calling them mainline entries to their respective series.

There are tons of Persona and Dragon Quest games that are many styles of gameplay. Those other games have just been smart enough to label them as spin-offs and not alienate their core audience.

The ending of VII legitimately ruins the game for me. It's absolute garbage. 

The best way I can express how I feel about this game is this.

And 3 fans would use more precious battery life.

I feel the same way. I don’t care if people smoke or not. What I don't understand is when people make weed their entire life persona. 

Sony couldn’t even keep the MLB game made by their own studio from being multiplat. It’ll never happen with the NBA either.

Except that analogy doesn’t make sense in this context. A more apt analogy would be 4 people are playing monopoly. Sony is in first place, Nintendo is over having fun with it’s railroads, Microsoft has no properties but is loaded with cash. Activision has a bunch of mortgaged properties but no money and is pretty sick…

JRPG always denoted a style of game to me, not an RPG made in Japan. I don’t consider Dragon’s Dogma or Dark Souls JRPGs. But I do consider Chained Echoes a JRPG, even though it was developed by someone from Germany. 

Enslaved is an absolutely wonderful game!

This reminds me of a post I read on here about Breath of the Wild. The author was playing with his kid and the kid asked “Why do we have to fight the moblins, they are just standing there not hurting anyone.” Then the author went on to agree with the kid and play the game in a pacifist style.

Sounds like Dark Souls but with the level cap removed from PvP(I think its 5 or 10 levels up and down). Sounds awful.

Hmm, I'll have to give that one a shot. I've never tried it. 

That’s cool he was added. Wish the game was better though. Ghostbusters games always seemed terrible up until the 360/PS3 version.
