you're going to be ok! November gives you plenty of time to train, figure out your fueling plan, etc. Make it fun with your main goal just to finish it. You're gonna slay it.

The only harm my first marathon did to me was making me greatly appreciate the Applebee's next to the hotel I was staying at. I actually enjoyed my first post race real food there that day and I'm still pretty ashamed by it.
